We moved here over four years ago and are ideally placed to help you find your dream home or investment property. We know how difficult it can be to drop everything when a suitable property becomes available. We are not estate agents, but will seek out properties to meet your requirements (wherever possible) from local agents and from private contacts and forward details on to you. We are able to offer a prior viewing service where we carry out an initial visit and provide a digital  record on dvd or cd or by e mail to enable you to decide if a visit is necessary and that your visit time is used to the maximum effect. (charges for this service are subject to prior agreement).

When you are ready, fly to Limoges, Toulouse, Rodez, Bergerac or Bordeaux where you can either hire a car or we can collect you for a fee to be agreed, then stay with us in our beautiful home and we will take you to see your short-listed properties (these can be agreed prior to your arrival and appointments made). Over delicious evening meals, (including wine), we will be able to discuss your needs and concerns and the logistics of settling in France. After your purchase we can put you in contact with local tradesmen and help you with any translation problems you might have. We are also able to provide a property and gite maintenance service tailored to meet your needs, details available on request.

 

Our charges see charges and facilities

A daily rate is charged for transportation, viewing, sight seeing etc in the Correze, (additional charges to be agreed for outside the Correze)

Our accommodation is available throughout the year at a special rate for longer term stays. We can also facilitate longer term accommodation in the area.
